You offered up hours of your life to become an **admitted Attorney or Advocate** in South Africa. You built up **8 - 10 years’ post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law**. You are a** leader** who is ready to drive the development and implementation of best practice compliance, legal and marker conduct strategies, frameworks and practices in collaboration with the risk community across a leading insurer group as well as providing strategic legal opinions, advice, and litigation support to the group as their **Head of Group Compliance, Legal and Market Conduct**.

Your **3 - 5 years’ Legal or Compliance management** experience within Financial Services or Insurance industry, along with your **3 - 5 years’ leadership **experience at a senior or executive level is what will be needed for you to be successful in this role. Furthermore, **exposure to and experience on Regulatory and Governance Committees / forums**, strong **stakeholder management** experience, and knowledge of **legislation** that impacts the Financial Services Industry (e.g. Long and Short Term Insurance Acts, Financial Intelligence Centre Act, Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act; Regulatory Authority Notices and Directives, etc.) will make you an excellent choice for consideration.
