Our client is an international i-gaming technology company who have locations situated across the world including UK, South Africa, Estonia, Spain, Sweden and many more. They all work hard towards one end goal - to create the very best online Sportsbook product.

In this role, you will be responsible for the vision and value realization of the specific portfolio, as well as aligning multiple strategies with portfolio and group objectives whilst leading multiple teams to execute the strategy.

**Our client are looking for seasoned Tech leaders who have experience and are passionate about**:

- Strategic mindset - someone who has previous experience having led in terms of business and leading/ensuring execution against a defined strategy.
- Experience previously having managed strong technical resources (these are not traditional Dev teams in the product sense but are managing our platforms and environments and the key transitions in terms of technology for these).
- Good stakeholder management and influencing skills, they need to be able to play a connecting role across the organization to ensure consistent, productive engagement with various stakeholder groups, excellent collaboration skills and great at building and maintaining relationships.
- Linked to the above, a strong customer service orientation is critical
- Looking for a technologist who understands the SDLC and industry trends in the world of tech, specifically around things like cloud and DevOps

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary/business-related tertiary qualification
- 7+ years experience in software development in complex, high-performance software environments.
- 3+ years leadership and management experience in software development.
- 3+ years experience in the gaming industry will be advantageous
- Ability to work with other Senior Leadership Team members to achieve organizational and department goals.
- Ability to work with stakeholders and customers to reduce complex and diverse requirements into clear deliverables.
- People focused, the ability to grow and develop people.

**This role is based in Durban, and is hybrid working role (meaning 2-3 days would be office based and 2-3 days would be working from home)**
