The Senior Solution Architect is a highly motivated, skilled resource who embraces an entrepreneur approach with a strong work ethic. This position primarily focuses on solving business challenges for our Enterprise customers with Outcome Based solutions that includes strategic products and services. The position is responsible for assessing customer needs and tailoring customized solutions that are moderate to complex in nature to fit business needs. Along with customer facing activities this role will assist with maturing new/junior engineers and architects to the MSFT Practice. This role will work closely with the Lead Architect and Delivery Operations manager to create solutions and runbooks for repeatable solutions. The Senior Solution Architect will work with the Lead Architect to contribute to roadmap of solutions and products to incorporate into the future portfolio.

Create mentor program for new members in the Teams Squad
- New Hire plan for training on technical solutions
- Consultant training for both presales and delivery resources

Analyzes customer needs, issues and interests to formulate a strategy that will achieve business objectives

Assist with development of solutions for Microsoft Teams

Keeps current on Microsoft Teams/Collaboration and Microsoft 365 technologies to provide insight and direction to the MSFT practice for new solutions and products

Provides direction and vision for next generation solutions and product offerings

Provides timely and accurate deliverables to customers including statements of work and product designs

Process Improvement between delivery of projects and presales process and scoping

Provides solution consulting, technical design and sales support for strategic accounts

Provides live demonstrations for customers and sales teams as needed

Develops and maintains technical competency and related certifications for all core products and solutions areas

Provides Customer facing presentations to customers, users groups, and conferences as required

Prepares technical designs using manufacturer design tools for product area of focus

Ensures productive relationships with manufacturer technical peers

Assumes leadership responsibility and manages others as needed

**Qualifications**

**Required Qualifications**

Technical sales experience in understanding customer needs and being able to translate that into a solution

Deep understanding of cloud computing, Microsoft 365, and Azure technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends

Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior executives and growing cloud consumption share in accounts

Experience with online services, hosting, security, compliance and data sovereignty issues

Experience in a consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects (where necessary, managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects

Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas: Operations / Management, Database architecture, Virtualization, IP Networking, Storage, IT Security

Executive presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences

Minimum 7 years of experience

Azure

Office 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Teams)

System Center / Intune Experience

Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Security, Compliance, AVD/W365

Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through
