We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced **Talent Resourcer** with a can-do attitude, and a proven track record of solid commercial sourcing experience, ideally with exposure and experience of recruiting globally in technical & digital markets. As a **Talent Acquisition Consultant** you will be required to support our team in all aspects of the sourcing & administration process that are required to meet the specific clients’ recruitment requirements. You will need to have exceptional administration skills, coupled with excellent communication skills; as well as thrive in a fast paced, sales environment.

Your key **job** responsibilities as the** Talent Resourcer** will include:

- Provide support in carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation, when required
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

Requirements for this **Talent Resourcer job**:

- 1 - 2 years’ experience as a **Talent Resourcer** or similar role
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) - we use ZohoRecruit
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time-management abilities
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office incl. ATS (would be beneficial)
