Normally reports to Unit HOD. Applied in most Div's. **Quality Supervision** - Documented and managed quality processes and information - Sampled and tested raw materials, packaging and finished products - Conducted and moderated internal QA audits - Trained employees in QA systems, policies and procedures - Resolved customer complaints and other non-conformities **People Growth and Leadership** - Achieved functional and project objectives - Managed performance of own team - Managed talent plan of own team **Systems, Procedures and Practices** - Achieved planned budget and scheduled projects - Maintained functional policy and legal framework - Implemented functional best practices - Utilised Tempo functionality - Reported functional information - Utilisation of functional resources **Relationship Results** - Maintained internal stakeholder relations, incl. shop stewards - Satisfied 'customers' - Utilised service provider network - Maintained interdepartmental relations **Continuous Improvement** - Managed change processes - Initiated continuous improvement Qualifications: - Relevant Degree or Diploma - Computer literate, MS Office. - Communication and Leadership Skills - Food Safety and Quality Systems - Science and Technology expertise - FMCG Environment - Quality Systems Management - Quality Information Management - Quality Assurance - Understanding of Manufacturing Quality Standards - Food Safety and Hygiene - Employee Relations - Change Management **“PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
