**Short Term Rental Guest Experience Agent**

**About Us**:We are a dynamic short-term rental company managing over 100 properties across Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Poconos, the Jersey Shore and Florida. Our team is expanding, and we are in search of a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Short Term Rental Guest Experience Agent to join our team.

**Job Role**:As a Full-Time Short Term Rental Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth rental experience for our clients. You will also communicate with vendors, manage listings, claims and review responses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests before, during, and after their stay
- Handle guest communications and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage property listings across various platforms
- Communicate with cleaning vendors and coordinate cleaning schedules
- Handle vendor communications and build strong relationships with external partners
- Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies
- Make executive decisions to ensure the efficient operation of our rental properties
- Use tools such as Slack, Hostaway, Breezeway, WhatsApp and Notion to manage tasks and communicate with team members

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle advanced tasks and make executive decisions
- Experience with property management tools such as Hostaway and Breezeway is a plus
- Ability to work weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving
- **Strong English (written and spoken)**

**Compensation**:

- 35-40 hours per week
- Potential additional bonus on goals achievement

Pay: R91,00 - R99,00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
