**Minimum Requirements**:

- N6 Hospitality Certificate.

**Post Description**:

- Orders (compiling and placing orders);
- Stock taking (food and equipment);
- Store keeping, issuing ingredients;
- Nutrition and menu planning;
- Assisting lecturers with class demonstrations;
- Cooking food for crèche;
- Liaising with suppliers;
- Generating quotations;
- Assist with / plan functions;
- Keeping MSDS in kitchen up to date;
- Ensuring kitchen OHS admin is up to date;
- Supervise students during functions, restaurant days.
