**What you will be doing**:

- Ensure Solutions/programme/projects are delivered on target within due date, budget and according to scope and governance
- Facilitate PI Planning readiness and /or event by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre
- and Post-PI Planning meetings
- Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives (the RTE) and publish them for visibility and transparency
- Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings to ensure the alignment of delivery across teams
- Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics, where necessary
- Manage budget and the allocation of project resource costs appropriately across the programme
- Ensure quality projects by making amendments to processes, structures, operating models and business plans to ensure optimal team delivery
- Ensure collaboration across business units and facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes across the stakeholders and ensure accurate and complete requirement gathering by the teams to deliver on the vision.
- Work with Product Management, Product Owners, Business Owners and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
- Ensure deviations are managed timeously and delivery meets customer expectations by driving project management standards for all projects
- Ensure traceability of business benefits of all projects in business unit to realisation.
- Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the practices associated with DevOps and Release on Demand in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
- Coach the lean-agile mindset and practices to members of the agile release train, including scrum masters, agile team members and business owners
- Ensure best practice service delivery by ensuring that client needs are accurately captured in scope and signed off by stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations across portfolio through managing the interaction and
- interface between stakeholders and accurate reporting
- ranslate strategy into operational programme plans through the understanding of the
- impacted strategic view in relation to the portfolio, creating and implementing the
- associated programme plan and roadmap
- Facilitate the decision making process of various stages in the project initiation life cycle
- and acceptance criteria including conceptualization, creation of business case, benefits
- realization and engaging of various parties

**What we are looking for**:

- Complete Degree or other related fields
- 10 years experience working in a project environment of large programmes of which 2-3 years management
- Private Client experience particularly banking and structured lending
- Financial Services Products Distribution experience
- Financial planning experience
