As a Project Manager, you will design, develop and manage customer projects, according to defined Project Management (PM) standards and customer requirements, and with responsibility for economic results for the INVIVO Business (MR, CT, MI, US and X-ray)

Your **Areas of Responsibility** for this role include but are not limited to:

- You will clarify customer’s specification in request for proposal (RFP).
- You will prepare participation in tenders, and lead negotiation with customers.
- You will coordinate overall planning of the project and decide on allocation of resources.
- You will clarify specification and continuously liaise with accountable Commercial Project Manager Internal.
- You will monitor milestone and adherence to budgets, and initiate actions to minimize non-conformance cost.
- You will maintain constant communication to customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders.
- You will manage and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff
- You will adhere to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS).
- You will manage Health and Safety on Installation sites.
- You will also be responsible for:

- Contract Management
- Health and Safety File

**Qualifications and experience**:

- National Senior Certificate, Bachelors pass rate
- Higher National Diploma in Light or Heavy Current or similar
- You must have 2 to 4 years of Project Management experience
- You must possess the ability to communicate cross cultural and mobilise parties to implement solutions.

**You must have worked with or had exposure on**:

- OSH Act
- Health and Safety
- Risk Management

**What else do you need to know?**
- You need to have a valid South African driver’s license and your own car
- You need to have a valid passport
- You must not have restrictions to travel within SADC and abroad as travel for site inspections will be required.
- ** Must be a South African National, preferably from a designated diversity group**:

- Excellence, Quality and Compliance in the daily interactions, operations and reporting is not a negotiable requirement, but absolutely mandatory for this role.
