The role of Integrated Services Operations Specialist is required to meet a wide range of global business growth demands, system capacity and infrastructure requirements within the Integrated Service Centre (ISC). The ISC offers a wide range of globally standardised helpdesk services covering colocation service and platforms of hosting, cloud services, network, and security services.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Operates and maintains the overall IT infrastructure of the business unit to ensure stability, integrity, and operation efficiency
- Monitors, maintains, supports and optimises all aspects of the network and systems

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:

- Knowledge of governance of a Services Desk Level 2 function to ensure the overall IT and Operations standard compliance
- Ability to develop and maintain the operation framework, including process, procedures, and compliance
- Strong customer service focus
- Strong communication skills and ability to prepare structured, and relevant communications to operations leaders
- Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to quickly become proficient in delivery processes and related systems
- Demonstrated strong ability to analyse, design and improve operations processes
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Resolves and assesses a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggests variations in approach

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field desirable
- ITIL intermediate (operational support and analysis)

**Required Experience**:

- Seasoned level of experience in a similar role
- Seasoned level of experience managing support in an organisation supporting enterprise IT customers
- Seasoned level of client services / support management experience
- Seasoned level of experience, judgement and drive to plan, make decisions and accomplish individual and team goals
- Seasoned level of experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Seasoned level of experience of in-house / outsourced IT service delivery / management
- Seasoned level of experience with in-house or outsourced service delivery and/or management
- Seasoned level of experience of managing customer relationships and conducting service review meetings
- Seasoned level of experience managing and developing service level agreements
