This position is responsible for the conference and banqueting department and to ensure it operates efficiently, ensuring maximum profitably whilst delivering events and functions of the highest standard.

This position includes being the contact person to both external and internal persons regarding the banqueting department when his/her direct supervisor/manager is not available.

Responsible for ensuring that the setup, service, break down and cleanliness of conferencing department and to ensure that you complete the appropriate duties to meet targets and deadlines, as well as high standards, of food service and health and safety.

Ensure Guests needs are cared for and that all service delivery standards adhered to. Able to effectively handle Guest requests and complaints.

Pay: From R5 800,00 per month
