**Duties/ Responsibilities**
- Recruitment
- Responsible for the complete recruitment process from ensuring requisition approval to appointment and on-boarding
- Responsible for new project recruiting
- IR/ER
- Responsible for advising employees and management on all IR policies and procedures
- HR representative at Disciplinary Enquiries and meeting
- Training and Development
- Ensuring training is scheduled according to IDP’s and ILU charts are updated accordingly
- Ensure that all training is captured on SAP
- Union Management Relations
- Responsible for facilitating meetings between Union representatives and Management every 6 weeks
- Employment Equity
- Take part in monthly Employment Equity meetings, ensuring accurate minutes are taken and filed accordingly
- Employee Benefits Administration
- Assisting employees and families with provident fund withdrawals due to death, ill-health, resignation or dismissal
- Administration
- Responsible for maintaining SAP HR system (HR Change forms, loading of new employees, Return to Works, Grievances, Sick Counselling, Counselling and Cost Centre changes
- Ensure that employee data is maintained accurately on Success Factors
- Ensure that all HR filing is kept up to date
