**Role At a Glance**
MSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking highly experienced Virtual Real Estate Administrators to join our remote services team. Joining our USA based business, you will be focusing on the private real estate sectors, providing on demand responses and solutions. This role is an in office role. The role will be office-based in Houghton Estate Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (3pm-11pm daylight savings dependent).

**Main Tasks**
*Inbound calls
*Outbound calls to potential leads
*Responding to customer queries in a timely and pleasant manner
*Scheduling tours of available properties
*Following up with clients that have attended tours
*Collecting security deposits
*Scheduling move-in dates
*Accurately overseeing a dashboard of active clients
*Actively assist and participate in the retention of clients through problem solving and troubleshooting
*Maintaining and developing relationships with clients
*Update clients progress tracking system regularly
*Assist with creating client, engagement and training tools
*Inputting complex data to create complete and detailed reports
*Storing and securing of client data

Computer proficiency
Proven experience in recruitment (Non-Negotiable)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to write clear and detailed reports
Strong ability to multi-task
High attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Real Estate: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
