Debtors Controller/ Rental Admin Job Spec

Qualifications and Experience required:

- Minimum 1 year experience within a Debtors role
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors, including fixing terms and conditions
- Make notifications in client accounts of interactions, such as payments or purchasing activities
- Initiate legal action against debtors who evade or refuse repayment according to the terms and conditions
- Process irreconcilable debts, as in the case of bankruptcy, to be written off and archived
- Arrange for account statements to be forwarded to clients each month, updating records when necessary
- Establish and maintain regular communications with clients to facilitate periodic payments
- Following up on all monies outstanding within the department ie lease fees
- invoice tenant
- Assist with rental renewal leases
- Processing letters for renewals to advise tenants
- Drafting renewal lease agreements
- Lease start and end dates on Company Management system
- Ensure deposit top ups paid on renewals
- Invoicing/collection of renewal lease fees

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of the property industry

Own vehicle is a bonus

Negotiable salary based on qualifications and experience.

Start date: Immediate
