We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager (f/m/x) to join our team in Cape Town and grow our business within the South African market.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager (f/m/x) to grow our business within the South African market. At 2.5 years old we are a small team with big ambitions: to be THE go-to hearing care company in South Africa. You’ll be joining our team based in Cape Town, working in a close-knit, start-up environment. You’ll be given ownership and trust to create and drive our marketing strategy, as we scale our South African business from start-up to market leader.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for driving our South African customer acquisition strategy across different marketing channels
- You will own the online and offline customer journey and optimize conversion rates using data-driven approach or new creative communication concepts
- You will plan, monitor, and optimize performance on all KPIs along the customer funnel
- You will create highly persuasive marketing materials and drive planning and implementing of campaigns
- You will work closely alongside our leadership team and international marketing teams in Miami, Denver, Seoul and Berlin

**Your profile**:
You have gained strong experience working in the online marketing field. You have hands-on managed at least one marketing channel in depth and have a profound understanding of online marketing-specific key performance indicators. You developed a good understanding of what content approaches and topics drive conversion.

- You love to deep-dive into numbers and performance data and improve conversion rates from the analytical as well as from the creative perspective
- You have a passion for and a constant eye on “the future of media” based on industry trends
- You are well organized to thrive in a rapid environment and work towards deadlines together with the team
- You enjoy working on complex challenges in a collaborative non-hierarchical setup
- You are a positive individual who likes to have fun at work
- You are fluent in Afrikaans and English
