You will be communicating daily with the stakeholders involved in providing our transaction and language services which will include the staff members, suppliers, clients, and partners.

Essential qualifications:

- must have matric
- NQF level 7-9 in Information technology
- good understanding of network topologies
- skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and drawings
- hardworking
- strong and physically agile professional who excels at repairing large, complex manufacturing and production systems to maintain efficient operations and peak mechanical problems
- knowledge of computerized and electronic equipment including computers, peripherals, and other data communication

Essential requirements:

- conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
- monitoring and proactively maintaining computer systems and networks
- replacing parts as required
- assist with remote access process if required by the IT director, supervisor, or system admin.
- maintain documents of networking systems

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
