REPORTING TO: You will be reporting to the Head of Operations

MISSION STATEMENT:
This role is vital to Inoxico’s promise to deliver high-quality information. This level of superiority in data sourcing, research and intelligence requires a commitment to consistent high-quality execution. Your role will be to effectively plan, lead and develop a team of internal and external resources in accordance with the company’s policies and standards.

You will be part of a dynamic operations team that is at the centre of Inoxico’s disruptive strategy, having access to world-class software development capabilities and a dynamic leadership team at Inoxico to support you in achieving these goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operational Delivery (50%)
- Ensure accurate, thorough, high-quality, timeous delivery of services
- Analyse and resolve queries promptly and accurately
- Conduct regular reviews of team output to ensure that it meets Inoxico and client standards
- Ensure processes are transparent and frameworks are methodically sound
- Create and review client requirements, and ensure that services delivered are in accordance with both Inoxico and client expectations
- Manage external service providers effectively and ensure outsourced services are delivered timeously and as per Inoxico’s quality standards
- Team Management & Leadership (20%)
- Supervise team member's day-to-day activities and ensure that services are delivered with SLAs
- Track workload progress and ensure appropriate distribution of work
- Track performance and conduct regular 1:1 review sessions with team members
- Lead or support workshops and training relating to system and process changes
- Build and develop team members to their full potential with a coaching mentality
- Achieve team productivity goals and address key issues within area to ensure operational effectiveness
- Present key area findings to internal and external stakeholders in an effective manner
- Work with management in preparation of budget and schedule for new hires
- Monitor and control expenses within allocated budgets for suppliers and independent contractors
- Continuous Improvement (20%)
- Identify areas of improvement by means of root cause analyses and develop new methodologies to meet objectives and expectations
- Execute on identified areas of improvement in a timeous manner
- Improve and automate processes & tasks within area
- Develop data-driven, prioritised initiative roadmap to ensure achievement of team OKRs.
- Leadership Development (10%)
- Engage with Inoxico stakeholders and obtain feedback on areas of improvement.
- Participate in leadership development opportunities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES (*critical):

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar team leader role*
- Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analyses & problem-solve*
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Experience in business process automation preferred
- Understanding of company risk management
- Relevant university degree
