**Responsibilities**:
Research and identify potential bid opportunities in the IT sector

Analyse and interpret RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information)

Develop and write high-quality bid submissions that adhere to strict deadlines and specifications

Ensure bid responses align with our company's brand and messaging

Effectively present bid proposals to potential clients, demonstrating our value proposition

Maintain a comprehensive bid library and knowledge base for future reference

Work closely with the Bid Manager and sales team to ensure seamless bid submission and follow-up

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our bid writing processes and methodologies

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in English, Business, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bid Writer in the IT industry

Proven track record of successfully winning bids and securing new business

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences

Strong understanding of IT concepts, terminology, and industry trends

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid writing software
