Job Title: Front Desk Sales Representative

Job Overview:
We are an IT Company based in Brackenfell looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. This individual will be responsible for obtaining new leads, following up and closing sales, whilst delivering exceptional customer support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage the front desk to greet and assist walk-in clients when they enter our premises.
- Present, promote and sell products or services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customers leads through cold calling.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
- Process and send out customer quotations on Sage Accounting software.
- Process accurate cash and card transactions.
- Liaise with technicians and warehouse staff and ensure orders are processed and carried out accurately and on time.
- Occasional travel to clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services (this will be local and within working hours).
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times.
- Perform other relevant duties when required.

Skills & Requirements:

- Reliable transportation.
- Matric certificate.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Knowledge of computer hardware will be advantageous.
- Experience with Sage or other accounting software will also be an advantage.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Team-player, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Presentable and neat appearance.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brackenfell, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English AND Afrikaans (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's license (required)
