**Requirements**:

- A relevant Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Property

Studies/Real Estate.
- At least five years property valuation experience while

registered with the South African Council for the Property
Valuers Profession.
- Computer literacy.
- A valid Code EB driver’s license.
- Registered with the South African Council for the Property

Valuers Profession as a Professional Valuer or Professional
Associated Valuer.
Key Performance Areas
- Coordinates the professional execution of valuations in a

defined geographic area.
- Represents the City at Valuation Board hearings.
- Communicates professional knowledge with external

customers.
- Oversees junior valuation staff and contractors.
- Supervises and coordinates the collection, correction and

analysis of valuation data in a defined geographic area.
