Yard Controller

We are seeking a Yard supervisor to oversee vehicle operators, laborers, helpers, and material movers.

**Duties**:

- Full accountability of all vehicles and accessories/fuel and refueling process/vehicle and staff safety/driver testing/tyres/ vehicle cosmetics/access control/stock control/vehicle and yard cleanliness/staff productivity/yard and vehicle equipment/fire equipment /washbay parking/anything else required to ensure optimum customer service levels are maintained.
- Managing yard staff and their functions
- Control of vehicles coming in and out of the yard
- Maintaining consistent standard
- Notification of Claims and taking relevant pictures
- Ensuring all damages are procedurally recorded and repaired
- Office maintenance
- Ensures the smooth running of the yard at all times
- Prep for Safety Audits

**Requirements**:
Valid Code 10 Drivers License + PDP
- Matric or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge
- Flexibility (Standby every alternative weekend)
- Mechanical knowledge would be an advantage
- Health & Safety knowledge will be advantageous
