**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and staff.
- Drive sales and profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and financial reporting.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
