**JOB OPPORTUNITY: CREDITORS CLERK**

**Join a leading agricultural concern** committed to excellence, sustainability, and growth. We are seeking a detail-oriented **Creditors Clerk** to join our finance team and ensure smooth and accurate processing of financial transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and reconcile supplier invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate records of creditors accounts
- Match purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with company and financial policies
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Liaise with suppliers regarding queries and statements

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric with Accounting or relevant financial qualification
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., Pastel, SAP)
- Strong numerical and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential

**Experience**:

- Creditors: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers and own car (preferred)

Work Location: In person
