The Front of House Waitron/Barman will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, preparing beverages, and maintaining a clean, organized bar and dining area.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu, make recommendations, and take orders accurately.
- **Order Processing**: Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food and drink service, and ensure orders are presented according to restaurant standards.
- **Beverage Preparation**: Mix and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring all standards and recipes are followed.
- **Area Maintenance**: Keep the bar and dining area clean and well-stocked, handle glassware and equipment with care, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- **Payments & Transactions**: Process payments accurately, provide receipts, and handle customer inquiries about billing with professionalism.
- **Upselling**: Recommend menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and contribute to sales goals.

**SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or bar setting.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with food and beverage menus, cocktail preparation, and safe alcohol service practices.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays and drinks safely.
- **Professional**: Punctual, well-groomed, and dedicated to high-quality service.
- **Team Player**: Works effectively with other team members and adapts to a fast-paced environment.
- **Customer-Focused**: Attentive to guests’ needs, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Must have good manners, excellent communication skills and be friendly.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
