To implement the Analytics standards in allocated business units, that contribute to the monetisation of data through the development and delivery of advanced mathematical models and business principles that find hidden patterns and associations in data used to influence business strategy, inform channel design and make predictions on the behaviour of clients.

Are you someone who can:
Advanced Data Science Expertise:

- Proven track record in managing end-to-end data science projects, from problem formulation through to model deployment.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Scorecard Development, including logistic regression, decision trees, and ensemble methods to build and optimize predictive models.
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression analysis, time series forecasting, and hypothesis testing), as well as machine learning algorithms for risk assessment.
- Deep knowledge of data mining techniques for feature extraction and transformation, ensuring the robustness of models for production environments.

Leadership and Mentorship:

- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, guiding junior data scientists and providing technical direction.
- Experience in developing and executing strategies for model governance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and promote collaboration within the data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Scorecard-Specific Expertise:

- Expertise in credit risk scorecard development following best practices, development.
- Ability to design and implement scorecard monitoring and validation frameworks using metrics such as KS statistics, AUC, and Gini to ensure model stability and performance over time.

Exceptional Communication Skills:

- Ability to effectively communicate technical insights and model outcomes to senior management, risk teams, and other non-technical stakeholders.
- Adept at simplifying complex analytical concepts and creating clear documentation that aligns with business objectives.
- Strong presentation skills for delivering insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Qualifications: Bsc Math’s Stats
- Experience: Model and scorecard development
- SAS experience would be advantageous
- Python, SQL,PowerBi
