JOB TITLE

Finance/HR Admin Assistant

REPORTS TO

Financial Manager

DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITES
- Ensure that all company policies, procedures & SOPS are adhered to
- Daily House accounts reporting on Excel
- Processing of supplier invoices on Sage 200
- Cash Book processing
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- New joiner onboarding and applicable documentation
- Processing of resignations and applicable documentation
- Annual increase letters
- Work permit tracking and renewal
- Confirmation of employment letters
- Lexis / security checks
- Completion of monthly payroll reporting
- Management of clock-in error reports on Time attendance system and submission to payroll
- Completion of monthly payroll reporting
- Pension reconciliation and submissions to THACSA
- Distribution of pension statements
- Any other duties that may be required

CORE COMPETENCIES
- Must have Sage 200 experience
- Experience in financial processing and reconciliations
- Excel intermediate skills
- Microsoft Office skills ie, Word
- Knowledge of Time and attendance system
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Good team player
- Act in good faith & in the best interest of the Company at all times
- Presentable, well-spoken individual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 4 months

COVID-19 considerations:
Must be fully vaccinated

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Finance: 1 year (preferred)
