Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Provide an adequately staffed reception service during business days from 08h00 to 16h00 Monday to Thursday and 08h00 to 15h00 on Fridays -Attending to visitors at ABB Cape Town reception by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately and notifying the relevant ABB personnel of the arrival of any visitors -Maintaining the cleanliness and overall neatness of the front desk -Answering telephones and responding to enquiries or referring enquiries to the relevant ABB Cape Town personnel -Understand basic ABB product groups to be able to filter calls to the correct departments -Report any faults/damages/maintenance requirements around the office and premises to the responsible contractor/supplier and ensure that the area is safe and in good condition after the work has been completed. This must be followed through from the beginning to the completion by the receptionist. -Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and payment must be completed and checked by the receptionist for the work to commence. -Log a complaint with regards to incomplete/incorrectly completed work to the contractor). -Regularly maintain a spreadsheet of the above -Send overtime sheets of workshop staff to Head Office when requested. -Receive faxes, documents and parcels then forward them to the relevant departments -Arrange courier collections, receive, and redirect deliveries to various departments. -Ordering catering for training and events, as required / making restaurant bookings as per Management’s request -Ordering Stationery and other office supplies from ABB approved Suppliers. -Ordering and distributing office consumables (coffee, tea, sugar, cleaning detergents, etc.) and controlling stock count thereof by doing random checks. -Creating purchase requisitions on SAP and following-up on purchase order releases. -Processing of invoices on SAP for facilities related costs and per Management’s request and ensuring that all the invoices have the correct information on them. -Creating Service Entry Sheets and following up on its releases -Submission of Invoices to the accounts department and following up on the vendor payments -Scan, print and copy for all divisions when required**

**Qualifications**:
- Matric / Grade 12 -Completed relevant Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration will be an advantage -Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience
