**Client Details**:
Our client has customers in the US, UK and South Africa which they support via their offices in Cape Town. Development is done in Cape Town and our client utilises the Scrum methodology enabling them to be nimble and accurate in the development of products for both on-premise and cloud implementations.

**Role Responsibilities**:
Responding to and resolving calls logged within times as stipulated in the SLA’s

Completing all related administrative tasks (includes logging, classification, updating and resolution of Tickets).

Rendering service that is professional, accurate and customer focused.

Providing product specific training.

On-call and available during client’s prescribed office hours.

Ensuring issues are timeously escalated and appropriately resolved.

Smoke testing (when required) during product (standard or custom) deployment.

General post configuration changes.

Providing advice on SharePoint Online and PowerBI.

Assisting with document / template updates.

Assisting the professional services and implementation teams.

Ensuring external customer support documentation has been updated on the support knowledge base system.

Ensuring internal support documentation within the area of responsibility is created, stored and maintained.

Ensuring 100% use and compliance with company processes and systems within the area of responsibility.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Relevant tertiary qualification

**Relevant Skills / Experience**:
2 - 5 years experience

Exposure to Sharepoint would be beneficial.
