**Operations Administrator**

**Blackheath, Cape Town**

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and capture documents on the inhouse management system
- Identify missing data, errors, queries and follow-up with Account Executive and/or Branches on Missing information or errors
- Verify all parcel's mass and dimensions booked through collections for the specific consignment ensuring parcels are massed and dimensioned correctly
- Compare information entered with source documents and make necessary corrections to information entered
- Batching of documents to handover to the Clearing Department
- Communication with the team regarding outstanding documents
- Ensure Overall accuracy of both local and client waybills being captured. Capturing of all client administrative data as received
- Contribute to the successful operation of the Induction Department, in terms of quality of work and Productivity
- Capture all Collections and handling all collection related queries

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Logistics and Supply chain Management or Transport Management Related Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the transport industry, with at least 2 years in a similar position
- Computer literate and able to utilize LMS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
- Comprehensive knowledge of the clearing and forwarding industry-all service offerings
