**The Lead Support Coordinator - Registrations** is responsible for overseeing and guiding the registration processes for students, ensuring efficient and accurate enrolment operations. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations while providing high-quality service to students. This position works collaboratively with other support coordinators in the HE department and reports to the HE Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and guide the student registration process, ensuring timely and accurate enrolment in courses.
- Act as the primary point of contact for registration-related inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with academic departments to facilitate course scheduling and availability.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain registration guidelines, procedures, and documentation.
- Monitor registration trends and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Provide guidance and support to registration staff to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Work closely with IT to ensure the smooth operation of student information systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of improvements to the registration process.
- Provide periodic reports to the HE Manager regarding registration statistics and challenges.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Bachelor's degree in education, administration, or a related field.**:

- **Minimum of 3 years of experience in student services, enrolment, or a related field.**:

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in student information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of higher education policies and procedures is an advantage.

Pay: Up to R30 000,00 per month
