**Brief Description of the Position**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead the planning and implementation of project.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables during kick off meetings (internal and external)
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Set up, develop Supplier & Contractor quality requirements
- Set up Contract schedule & project plan
- Develop full scale project plans, communication protocols and identify all stake holders.
- Plan and schedule project timelines, and manage project budget.
- Track project deliverables, Change Management & Technical deviations using appropriate tools and processes.
- Provide direction and support to project team - Coordinators, document controllers & expeditors.
- Quality assurance, documentation control, and data book submissions.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions - to Customers and Management.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Project evaluations and assessment of results, lessons learnt and implementation of improvements.
- Proper SOW (Scope of work), commercial & reporting close out of all projects on completion.
- Adhere to Health and Safety legislation upholding the company's Health and Safety Policy.
- Comply with and ensure company Policies and Procedures are adhered to.
- Carry out all other tasks that may be delegated from time to time.
- Assist follow employees with daily functions as and when required.**Inherent Requirements**

**EDUCATION**:

- Minimum a Diploma in Engineering-Mechanical Preferred Registration as Project Manager through SACPMP or PMI- Diplomacy in Conflict Management and Contract negotiation- Legal qualification in Contract Law

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in pump and systems installation and maintenance- Minimum 5 years experience in Contract Management EPC/ turnkey projects from tender to handover including- Commercial and legal aspects-preferably pump and pump system related**REQUIREMENTS**:
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management- Good technical understanding of equipment handled- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools- Proficient in project management software- SAP Knowledge
