D-One Smart Home Automation, a leading provider of innovative home automation solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Integrator - Smart Home Automation Engineer/Projects Manager. As an integrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering high-quality smart home automation projects to our top-end clients. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while ensuring exceptional project outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage designs, quotes, variations, commissioning, and quality control processes for smart home automation projects.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless installations and integrations.
- Create technical drawings and oversee financial planning for projects.
- Effectively manage projects, including attending site meetings, coordinating with electricians, and addressing any arising issues.
- Lead the technical team, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and resolve any quality-related concerns.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges.
- Embrace a numbers-driven approach, leveraging Excel proficiency and financial acumen.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Uphold a high level of responsibility and integrity, aligning with the company's values.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the construction industry, ideally with expertise in systems integration and electrical engineering.
- Proven track record in project management, business systems, construction industry, or related fields.
- Familiarity with engineering and design principles.
- Experience in systems integration, security systems, access control systems, audiovisuals, information technology, or business and accounting is beneficial.
- Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable working remotely and occasional travel if required.

Pay: R30,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month
