Budget Van Lines is a leading moving brokerage that provides nationwide moving services to residential consumers in addition to providing assistance in the home services and self-service relocation industries.

Salary:
Basic of $3 p/h and 2% commision on any sales made after minimum requirement

Availability:

- This is a work-from-home position where a quiet work area is required.
- The role requires shift work and flexibility is an asset.
- Hours of operation are from 1:00 pm to 5:00 am and may include weekends.

We work in the (US) Pacific Standard Time Zone, See below for reference.

4:00 AM PST - 8:00 PM PST Monday - Sunday.

Education and Experience
- Matric or equivalent considered an asset.
- English first Language Essential
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Sales experience is essential.
- Knowledge of call centre calling equipment and technology.
- Good data entry and typing skills with a minimum speed of 30wpm.
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes

- Experience in sales or someone with a sales mentality

Technical Requirements
- **Own** Personal computer / Laptop with **Windows 10 or 11**
- **Hardwired internet** connection (must be Ethernet, not Wifi)
- **USB Headset **with microphone and mute button (3.5mm, Bluetooth etc. will not work)
- Minimum internet speed of **20Mbps download** and **20Mbps upload**
- Backup power source required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: R7,000.00 per month
