**JOB SPEC - **Chinese & English - Claims Handler**
**About Us**:
**We are an African Medical Assistance branch of a global company, providing support to various international European insurance companies and their travelers. Our Cape Town team handles insurance and assistance claims with high professional standards in an international office environment, collaborating with other Centers worldwide.**
**We are seeking Chinese speakers to join our team as Claims Handlers.**
**Key responsibilities include**:
**Providing claims services**
**Processing and arranging claims for medical and travel insurance**
**Handling claims from start to finish, including data entry and invoice assessment**
**Delivering friendly and outstanding customer service**
**Responding to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner**
**Working effectively in a multilingual and multicultural team**
**Job Requirements**:
**Professional fluency in Chinese & English**
**Proactive and able to perform well under pressure.**
**Excellent attention to detail**
**Flexible and open-minded to ongoing changes and training**
**Matric or higher qualification**
**Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office tools**
**Ideally, an SA VISA is secured.**
**Preferred Qualifications**:
**FSB registration (a significant advantage)**
**Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurance, Claims Handling, or Tourism
