We are looking for a **Concierge **to work at our **Pharmacy.**

The position is shift based **(Mon
- Sun, 8am-5pm; 12pm-8pm; 4pm-10:30pm, one weekend of per month)**

The position is full-time and requires someone with their own reliable transport

Duties:
Greeting and welcoming clients

Ensure clients have M-Kem profiles and create profiles for new customers

Ensure that filing is done as per standards

Ensure that customers who pre-ordered have their parcels ready

Manage the queues by directing where customers have to go

Assist pharmacists with any queries regarding customer profile

Provide exceptional customer service

**Requirements**:
Matric

Experience in Pharmaceutical work environment

Friendly and very welcoming personality

Organised and Responsible

Own reliable transport

Ability to work under pressure.
