**About the Role**:
As a **Growth Marketing Manager**, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy and execution, managing a monthly budget of over €83,000. You will refine the company’s paid ads strategy and spearhead the development of new content marketing channels. Your role will focus on scalability and collaboration with a dynamic team of marketing professionals and the sales department to ensure alignment and optimal performance.
This is a strategic position for a data-driven yet creative marketer who thrives on transforming analytics into impactful campaigns. You will play a critical role in scaling the company’s marketing efforts while representing the brand’s philosophy and ideas.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Budget Ownership**: Manage and optimise the monthly marketing budget (€83,000+) to drive measurable ROI.
- ** Paid Advertising Strategy**: Oversee and enhance paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and others.
- ** Analytics-Driven Performance**: Utilize performance data to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- ** Scalability Focus**: Ensure all marketing initiatives are scalable and aligned with long-term growth objectives.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and provide leadership to the marketing team to achieve alignment on goals and strategies.

**Requirements**:
