**Job description**:
The purpose of the role is to attend to issues, queries or requests received via the PSG ST Admin IT service desk by investigating and either resolving the issue, query, or request or, if it cannot be resolved, refer it to the relevant stakeholder or SME to take it further.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for 1st line support on service desk managing queries, resolving issues, related to PSG ST Admin transactional systems
- General administration relating to all systems which will include creating, amending, terminating users and resetting of passwords
- Perform morning system health checks to ensure all systems are operational
- Develop in depth knowledge of systems and products to improve support to end-users
- Resolve user queries within SLA and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards

**Skill sets required**:

- Qualification in Information Technology or Insurance
- At least 3 years’ experience in customer service, IT business analyst or service desk preferably with short-term insurance exposure
- ITIL qualification will be advantageous
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Client service driven
- Stakeholder management
- Self-starter
- Team player
- Ability to work independently
- High stress tolerance & resilience
- Willingness to learn new things (technical and non-technical)
