**Role and Responsibilities**

Responsible for various compliance and quality functions with the company. Do Quality Checks on all Legal passovers, and deal with intricate complaints. Based on your findings, you will investigate, and report on, issues that are affecting our customers. At the same time, you will be working with the Legal and DC managers to implement improvements.
- Complaints Management and Review
- Deal with internal stakeholders with regards to trends identified
- Do (or learn how to do) Root Cause Analysis on your findings

**Minimum Requirements**
- Matric (Minimum Requirement)
- Debt Counselor Certificate
- 2-3 years experience as Debt counselor

**Preferred Skills**
- Registered Debt Counselor
- Knowledge of Various PDA systems
- MS Excel
- Quality Assurance experience

**Key Characteristics required for the role**
