- Analyse financial statements and other data to assess the feasibility of investment opportunities.
- Develop investment plans that meet the team's objectives.

- Stay up to date on the latest trends in property development and investment.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in property development or investment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong understanding of financial analysis and valuation techniques.
- Knowledge of property development and investment principles.
- Ability to prepare and analyse financial statements.
- Ability to write clear and concise reports.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: R25,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:
