**Duties and responsibilities**:
To effectively manage the aftermarket activities
- Ensure that divisional plans for the Aftermarket products and services are achieved.
- Identifying staff training requirements and to co-ordinate training activities as required.
- Ensure that adequate controls are in place to secure Company vehicles and other assets allocated to the aftermarket division.
- Ensure that all work done by the service staff meet the requirements in accordance with the Companys Quality Management System.
- Ensuring that Company work Instructions and procedures are developed, followed and implemented.
- To ensure that staff comply with all Health and Safety requirements in the execution of their duties.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring that all activities are customer centric and value adding.
- Ensure that WIP is managed by correctly allocating costs and invoicing work at the earliest opportunity whilst adhering to the Companys work instructions and procedures.

**Required Skills and Capabilities**
- Proven Managerial skills.
- The ability to maintain good Customer relationships.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- The ability to supervise the commercial functions of the division.

**Required Experience**
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Experience in managing similar business activities.
- Experience in managing service staff.

**Educational Qualifications**
A Suitable Tertiary qualification or similar through experience and a valid drivers license is required.

- To ensure an efficient and profitable department.
- Meet the business strategy for the department.
- To ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
