**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

- A relevant formal qualification (In either Call Centre, Customer Service, Marketing and or Administration)
- BI reporting experience
- Technical knowledge of Client Service systems
- Proven experience in call centre operations, marketing or similar
- At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role in a call centre environment

**The overall purpose of this position is to**
- To provide operational and data analysis and reporting support to the HOD.
- To provide ongoing systems and customer service/call centre training to new and existing consultants.
- To ensure that straightforward and/or complex calls/contacts/queries are handled effectively, ensuring quality of service which totally exceeds client expectations and drive learner enrolment and retention.
- Responsible for active engagement with existing and new clients, focusing strongly on recruitment/retention leads and/or queries with speed, simplicity, and trust.
- Provide ongoing development plans for Dynamics 365 in line with customer service division.
- Managing SLA’s and processes.
- Drive innovation.
