**BAND: EL - Cape Town**:
**Purpose of the Job**:
To execute technology audit projects to provide independent management assurance that the company’s high-risk technology control areas are operating as designed in order to safeguard the company’s assets, ensuring good corporate technology governance. Design, develop and implement analytics, robotics, artificial intelligence and IT audit automation initiatives to support the enterprise assurance areas of focus.

- You are an expert in the auditing of information and cybersecurity, specialised systems and technologies, IT operations and digital project audits.

- You have excellent collaboration and persuasion skills
- You have a reputation for delivering on projects

**What you’ll have done before**:
Baseline:

- At least 8 years IT Auditing experience across various domains (including IT security) with 3 years in data analytics or robotics
- NQF level 7 (Degree in IT/ Bcom Information Systems/ BSc in Computer Science or related)
- Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) Qualified
- Exceptional communication skills
- Deep knowledge of IT and digital risks and global new technology trends
- Experience working with and presenting to senior management and audit committees
- Thorough knowledge of IT governance, risk, controls, and cybersecurity frameworks and standards

Advantageous:

- Postgraduate degree in Information Systems/ Computer Science
- Relevant IT Governance, Risk, Control and Cyber Security Certification
- Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity
- 3 years’ experience in any of the areas (SQL, ACL, Python/R+ scripting and PowerBI Visualization)
- Demonstrated ability to plan for and deliver on multiple IT audit and digital projects simultaneously.
- Advanced systems and audit analytics skill

- Driving the training, coaching and enablement of assurance team skills to perform IT and digital audits

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Proactively planning and delivering on the full lifecycle of IT audit and digital projects.
- Building effective and respected relationships with audit customers.
- Measuring effectiveness of IT audits plan delivery against business goals and risk mitigation.
- Creating a collaborative partnership with business around IT analytics and IT continuous auditing
- Maximizing the use of technology to support audit automation activities and reduce the cost and time to perform audits
- You'll leverage your expertise to design, develop and implement data analytics, robotics and artificial intelligence across the ERA assurance areas and provide ongoing monitoring and support
