Keep abreast of new meter reading systems and make recommendations for improvement. Respond to customer queries in relation to meter readings and promote and maintain good customer relations. Control the allocation and utilisation of vehicles. Supervises the performance, training and conduct of subordinate staff. Actively support and promote safety and accident prevention in the work place. Responsible for the transfer of electronic data between main frame computer and hand held terminals. Manage and control meter reading contractors. Process work on relevant computer systems. Liaise with relevant Divisions and Service Units as requested. **Essential Requirements**: Matric/Grade 12 plus relevant certificate accredited by SAQA.
