Job Title: Hardware Store Manager

Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned and resourceful individual to serve as our Hardware Store Manager. This role requires extensive experience in the hardware retail industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the store, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, and fostering a positive team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Team Leadership:

- Lead, motivate, and coach store staff to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Set clear expectations and provide ongoing support and guidance to team members.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Inventory Management:

- Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and sales trends.
- Coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory and negotiate favorable terms.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Sales and Customer Service:

- Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Provide hands-on assistance to customers, offering product recommendations and troubleshooting guidance.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Operations Oversight:

- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Vendor Relations and Merchandising:

- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Work closely with vendors to optimize product selection and merchandising displays.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product expansion and differentiation.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hardware retail management, with a minimum of [X] years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of hardware products and industry trends.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
