Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar role
- Own transport
- Superb written and verbal communication skill
- Strong time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Discretion in managing company confidential information
- Ability to work unsupervised and think outside the box
**Duties**:
- Managing directors’ diaries
- Managing fixed asset register
- All procurement for office
- Manage housekeeping
- Arranging the couriering of items to and from the office
- Travel arrangements - national and international
- Ordering items for all staff, dealing with PO’s, invoices and payments, following up on deliveries and payment processes
- Monthly financial reporting
- Typing correspondence and transcripts
- Ad hoc duties, assisting directors and staff
- Manage debtors and creditors, maintain online documentation of all payments, basic accounting
- Manage HR duties, including contracts, salaries and leave Advertising vacant positions, shortlisting CV’s, scheduling interviews, doing reference checks of short-listed applicants when necessary (manage and facilitate whole recruitment process), inducting new staff, maintaining staff files and managing attendance of staff
- Coordinate Christmas parties, corporate and staff gifts
- Liaise with clients on regular basis re appointments, payments and complaints
**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R17,000.00 per month
