**Role Purpose**

The role will report into the CIO: Momentum Channel Digital & Tech and the purpose is:

- To enable business units across the Momentum brand to connect their digital solutions to clients, advisers, and sales employees.
- To lead technology specialists and teams to deliver and maintain our shared channel platform capabilities with a SaaS mindset.
- To collaborate with business leaders and tech leaders on a strategic and tactical level in a complex ecosystem of product and distribution business units.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant IT related degree
- 15 years or more experience in delivering software solutions and working across multiple business units in a federated operating model. (essential)
- Full SDLC with agile at scale
- Proficiency in various cloud platforms and deployments
- Micro-frontend and micro-services architecture
- Federated solutions architecture
- Digital solutions for clients and advisers in financial services
- Web, mobile, chat technologies and design systems
- Security solutions and toolsets
- Integration governance practices and implementation
- Workflow and content management
- Data, analytics, and insights best practices and implementation
