Key Performance Areas

Lead, manage, coordinate and monitor the financial and human

resources of an Area to give effect to the

social development of communities through relevant development

**services and programmes by**:

- Conducting community profiling, ensuring community engagement

and targeted interventions,

programme planning, delivery and implementation at area level
- Facility management of ECD Centres, Arts and Culture facilities etc,
- Implementing of the ECD framework and ward allocation

programmes
- Engaging with various stakeholders in the area to promote liaison

and information sharing
- Managing the productivity and performance of human resources
- Controlling, managing and monitoring the allocation of funding and

expenditure for the area.
