SEO Manager

Ignite Visibility, an award-winning US digital marketing agency is seeking a highly experience SEO Manager to join our team. The SEO Manager is responsible for creating and implementing SEO strategies for clients and being client facing. The individual is a service-oriented professional with excellent communication skills that can serve a wide variety of client personalities and has a breadth of technical and strategy SEO competencies. They can quickly understand, manage, and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns. The individual thrives in building, maintaining, and optimizing organic search campaigns and has an experimental and methodological approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a strategic partner for national to location SEO clients (B2B, B2C, and local SEO expertise)
- Create and execute on page and off page SEO strategies for consumer and B2B franchisee and multi-location businesses
- Onboard new clients using Google Tag Manager
- Act as primary point of contact for franchise clients and lead client meetings
- Ensure deliverables align with client goals and timelines
- Partner with Content, Digital PR, and other departments to ensure timely deliverables and strategy alignment
- Provide recommendations for strategy adjustments based on performance and data
- Collaborate on franchise dashboards and reporting setups
- Provide audit sites and detailed site analysis and technical recommendations to assist in improving the client's organic visibility
- Develop and streamline organic search processes to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with account managers and project managers
- Ensure on-time, on-budget deliverables. Identify any potential impediments to autonomously problem solve or escalate to senior management for help as necessary.
- Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on the client’s critical metrics
- Review rankings and link data against internal measurements for success
- Use all of business management and communication platforms to keep stakeholders informed, tasks assigned, and projects well managed in accordance with deadlines
- Performs ongoing professional development to keep pace with changes and trends within the digital marketing industry and SEO best practices
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in on-page and off-page SEO strategy and implementation for national and local SEO
- Digital Marketing agency experience and client-facing experience
- Experience working with Franchise clients or clients with Multi Location business’s
- Strong technical and strategy SEO experience
- Google Tag Manager experience
- Google Analytics GA4 experience
- Strong client relationship and English communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing multi-location SEO programs.
- Strategic planning and execution for franchise-specific challenges.
