**Vacancy: Managing Director - Personal Assistant**

**Purpose of the Job**:

- This is a senior role that requires a professional and reliable individual with high standards and integrity to serve as a confidential Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD).
- To provide support to the MD andcoordinates construction projects and manage procurement activities within the company.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Construction project management.
- Manage procurement activities.
- Monitor resource usage to control costs and minimize waste.
- Estimate project costs and track expenses to ensure that projects stay within budgetary constraints.
- Handling any other tasks or duties as required by the employer

**Requirements and desired skills**
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years of senior management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the civil & construction industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate and Procurement qualification are advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of the civil & construction industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
- Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
- Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
- Time-management abilities
- Confidentiality
