**Criteria**:
Matric

Security Experience - Essential

Retail Experience

Good command of the English language

Assertiveness
Good leadership skills
Security and safety awareness
Attention to detail
Good customer service
Ethical and integrity persona

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure store opening and closing is done as per company policy.
- Conduct first and last patrol as set out by management.
- Performing surveillance of customers and employees as it relates to theft.
- Access control, always be aware of who is entering and exiting the store.
- Checking of disposed rubbish from the shop floor.
- Performing all other loss prevention and risk management duties as assigned to do by management.
- Ensure empty packets are disposed of and ensure only clear rubbish bags are used.
- Ensure rubbish removal is done as per company standard.
- Ensure a staff member is always assisting at the fitting room.
- Ensure fitting rooms are in line with company standard.
- Ensure tagging of merchandise is conducted as per company policy and procedure.
- Ensure EAS system is always activated and regularly tested.
- Re-act to EAS activations according to policy.
